I would like to start this off by saying that I am lucky to live in the country that I do and to have a good job that includes health benefits. That being said, this morning I went to the dentist to have a filling “resurfaced” and it cost me $55! My plan covers 80% of dental expenses…how can resurfacing a filling be that expensive?! I wasn’t even frozen! Bah!
I know this is something that is needed, much like if my jeep were to break down, I would need to have it repaired so I could get back and forth to work.
Luckily later in the evening I noticed I had been paying for a service on my cellphone that is included in my plan. I used the Bell Mobility live chat option to try and resolve this. Dreading the wait and the hassle, I opened the little chat window. *25 minute wait* it says… about 15 minutes later an extremely polite and helpful representative came online and reversed the charges. Woohoo! Small victories!
